Jonathan Walter (Director) has lived and worked in Asia since 1993, settling in India in 2004. He served in Borneo, Hong Kong and Nepal as an officer in the British Army’s Brigade of Gurkhas. Before co-founding Flying Fox, Jonathan specialized in reporting for the International Red Cross, the United Nations and other NGOs on humanitarian crises across the globe. Jono's ruthless and punctilious organizational skills keep the Flying Fox machine motoring - his 'Action Lists' are the terror of western Rajasthan. In his spare time Jono likes to write lists of lists. Jono is also Flying Fox's Media-Hound-in-Chief.
Richard McCallum (Director) has lived in India since 2005. Before co-founding Flying Fox, Richard worked for Cathay Pacific Airlines in Hong Kong, Pakistan and latterly in India where he was Manager Delhi & North India. Dickie is the author of the not particularly best-selling book, 'Hair India; A Guide to the Beards & Moustaches of Hindustan'. As punishment for this crime against literature, Dickie's gets to look after the Company's finances and commerical operations.
Stu Halliwell (Centre Manager) grew up in one of the most beautiful areas of England, The Lake District, where the seed for his love of the outdoor industry was first planted. After several years in the high rope adventure industry in the UK, Stu leapt at the chance to relocate to his favourite country, India, to manage Flying Fox’s first zipline course. There’s only one word to describe this free-spirit - ‘Shanti’.
Loui Hanlon (Centre Manager) was born in Essex, England, this 26 year old geezer has the gift of the gab. He has spent the last six years working in the outdoor adventure industry in France and the UK, instructing in a range of activities. When not instructing he is usually riding a snowboard on some mountain range or other. Loui thinks he can play the guitar; the rest of us know different.
Kuldeep Parakh (Deputy Manager), from Bikaner, combines a bachelors degree in commerce with a thirst for outdoor adventure. Kool is Flying Fox's reigning 'whiff-waff' champion and is looking to compete at Commonwealth level come New Delhi 2010. In his spare time he is an international sunglasses model.
Raj Kumar (Instructor), hails from Behror, the nearest town to Neemrana. Prior to joining Flying Fox Raj was a lecturer in ancient Indian history. Raj's close resemblance to Gajni often mean's he's mistaken for Amer Khan - but Raj is no actor. He's a real life action adventure hero with the brightest, whitest smile this side of Bollywood.
Sanjay Kumar (Deputy Manager), is also from Behror. Sanjay, like his brother Raj and Kuldeep has the distinction of being one of only three trained zipwire instructors in India. Like Raj, Sanj combines film-star good looks with an immaculate coiffure and a winning smile. Unfortunately for our female customers, Sanjay is a happily married father.
Zorawar Shukla (Marketing Manager), was recruited when Flying Fox went in search of a cool, happening guy who was totally plugged into Delhi's cosmopolitan lifestyle - when we couldn't find that person, we took Zorawar on instead. Zorawar is responsible for Flying Fox's marketing. He holds a communications degree from Emerson College, Boston. When not selling Flying Fox, Zorawar likes to injure himself on the football field.
Laura Bain (Instructor), Laura has been working in this industry for 7 years all around the world. Before joining Flying Fox she worked for In2Action and Kingswood. This blonde bubbly kent girl is always smiling and enjoys listening to MMMMBop and other 80s cheese in her spare time.
Gareth Creech (Instructor), "Ze German" is Flying Fox's blonde haired blue eyed hunk! Before joining Flying Fox this London geezer worked in the adventure industry in the UK. In his spare time he loves to climb anything and everything.
George Roche (Instructor), This ex Go Ape super star recently returned to India to work for Flying Fox. The 'BFG' decided to swap chasing tigers for Flying Foxes. He is a massive rugby and gym fanatic, so when he is not working he is breaking the team on the field and in the gym.
Adam Strickland (Instructor), Our own circus superstar! Adam is a talented juggler and unicyclist . After working outdoors in the UK Adam decided to expand his horizon by heading out to India.
Susannah Page (Instructor), Before Sue joined Flying Fox she co-founded a ladies climbing club back home in sunny Brighton. In her spare time she is a keen photographer. This red headed wonder is of constant interest to the India people.
